Just in case you need something SINFUL to take to a party for a dessert - here's my Toll House Pie.
Yum.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add the flour, white sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in the melted butter. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter into one unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream....YUM!
Little H has been a handful lately - he can't buy a nap for the life of him, something always wakes him up too early...so needless to say he's been a bit of a grouch. Cling-on baby at best!
Haven't been up to too much, really. Been taking H to the pool over at Zilla's house, which has proven to be both enjoyable and incredibly annoying all at the same time.
You'll have that when you're me, though.
